Abstract:
Subject of analysis of this work is the ethic regulation of attitude in the management consultancy profession which intensively gains reputation in our country. The role of the consultant as a mediator in carrying out a given service has different professional and moral responsibilities. Giving meaning to the ethical aspects of this professional activity is part of its confirmation. The existence of the professional union of the people working in this sphere as well as a Code for professional attitude and/or ethic are basic characteristics of this profession. The quality and the scope of this Ethic Code is a measure of the level of its development. The investigation proves that the existing code of the consultancy management guild in Bulgaria does not regulate completely the consultants’ professional attitude. It is formal to a large extent, ineffective and characterizes the initial stage of the formation and development of the profession.
