Abstract:
The present study follows the development of the concept of "economic constitution": from its origination to its present state. A general and abstract definition of the term "economic constitution" has been introduced. Infrastructure elements indispensable for building a doctrine have been added. This outlines the prospect of developing the idea of an economic constitution: from concept to doctrine. In other words, the present study introduces several of the essential elements of a possible theory of the "economic constitution", but in itself is not completely theory.
