Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to identify the theoretical aspects of the importance and factor determination of the structural labour market convergence in the European Union, which could be analyzed in different directions in terms of the indicator used. Nevertheless, the individual directions of structural labour market convergence and the factors that determine them are bound. The overall research of the convergent tendencies in the sphere is an important field for analysis in terms of integrating the CEE countries which are not members of the Eurozone into the Monetary Union and assessing the suitability of their economies.
