Reserve Bank of New Zealand Bulletin, 1998, vol. 61, No 4

Abstract: In October 1998 the Bank issued two information releases on the Reserve Bank's trade weighted index (TWI) measure of the effective value of the New Zealand dollar. The first outlined proposed changes to the TWI, as the basis for consultation, and the second set out details of changes to be made, effective from 1 January 1999.
