Abstract: The paper provides a full understanding of the talent acquisition, keeping in mind the cost related to talent acquisition, the opportunities and challenges in talent acquisition, eco-nomic impact on talent acquisition, social networking and the emergences of technological aspects in talent acquisition. For additional insight, real examples are included that show the direct effects of a talent acquisition process.
