Competition activity at the market of baking products in Odessa region

Abstract: In this article the current state and competitive position of the bakeries in Ukraine are considered. A number of manufacturers that have a significant impact on the production of baking products in the Odessa region are described. The factors providing the competitive advantages for bakery business are defined.
