Mortgage lending in Russia: problems and decisions

Abstract:
In the article it is considered the mortgage lending market, defined its role and value for the Russian economy. The special attention is paid to the modern directions of mortgage de-velopment. It is found the relationship between mortgage lending and the level of housing market growth. Now, other things equal, the individual approach to the borrower acquires decisive importance. There are offered possible activities for development of the market.
