Change Management has always been easier said than done. The Business Proc-ess Redesign is considered as the driving force for change. Next is direct feedback containing of Polarized Attitude. The management must be cautious about inferring results from this channel as it may deviate the results. Likewise, the adequate consid-eration of the existing Culture and its influence is also a key determinant in the change process. Lastly, the Technological factor for change is analyzed. This paper suggests five critical variables which if applied on these four aspects would incorporate the re-quired changes thoroughly and effectively.
