Abstract:
The article contains a ground of the role of psychology in personnel management of domestic enterprises in the modern business environment. The influence of communications of the company on the effective staff work is analyzed. Author improves the human resource management (HRM) system of the enterprise. It provides step by step decision making and ensures to increase an efficiency of personnel management at the enterprise.
