Abstract:
This article presents elaboration of method for forming architecture of a region development program. Such program must be aimed at solving existing socio-economic problems of mono-cities and at determining prospective directions for their further development, taking into account labor and economic potential, as well as their natural advantages. Solving the task of development of such regions can be achieved by the means of implementation of corresponding target programs, based on theoretical foundations of project management methodology.
