Investment Aspects of Introduction of the Improved Post-Harvest Corn Processing Technology

Abstract: The authors of the article have briefly revealed the role of corn in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. It is indicated that the corn integrity has a huge impact on its quality and the former, in its turn, depends on the quality of post-harvest processing, namely drying operation. The nature of two-stage drying technology that reduces fractures has been disclosed. The economic and investment indexes of the implementation of this technology have been calculated.
