Abstract: In the paper the SWOT-analysis of innovative business in Ukraine is performed. The major indicators of innovative activity in Ukraine are analyzed. The factors, that inhibit the activation of the functioning of small and medium enterprises in innovation, are investigated. The proposals to enhance the development of innovative entrepreneurship as the effective form of public-private partnership in Ukraine are developed.
