Abstract:
This research paper is aimed at investigating the scopes of operations managers contributing to education institution like school, which works as a nonprofit organization in Bangladesh. The sample consisted of 80 people in total, who are involved into the school activities, from two different schools in Dhaka. Data was compared and hypothesis test was done. The findings indicated that there are scopes for operations managers to work in the schools in Bangladesh to improve a school’s systems of activities involving strategy development, standard work procedure, effective service, efficiency of service.
