Metagora: a Decentralised Laboratory

Abstract:
Metagora is an international project focusing on methods, tools and frameworks for measuring human rights and democratic governance. It was launched in February 2004, under the auspices of the OECD/PARIS21, and will conclude its operations in August 2008. Its name results from the association of two Greek words: meta and agora.
