Abstract: In the recent years, in Romania the significant process of specialization for some credit institutions, appeared on the background of the improvement in the economic environment, determined the emergence of a more complex financial landscape that now comprises consumer finance societies, mortgage societies, microfinance societies and some specialized banks.
