Abstract: The contemporary world becomes more and more dangerous, challenging the society’s capacity to provide solutions for safety on different plans. The economy signals difficulties due to the implications of the financial crisis, transmitting shock waves for national governance and security. The nature is assaulted by the variety and quantity of emissions, discharges, and waste deposits.
