Abstract: In an increasingly “geopolitical” world, far from the pax liberalis scenario envisioned by Francis Fukuyama at the end of the Cold War bearing the suggestive – though somewhat uninspired – title of “The End of History” (and of conflicts, we might add, or at least ideological conflicts) – it will not be long before fundamental works begin to appear in this field.
