Abstract: Following formal education, access to knowledge through LIS methods emerges as one of the most effective and sustainable pathways to cultural development, fostering intellectual autonomy and supporting lifelong learning. The automation and optimization of library information services involves the extensive integration of Artificial Intelligence at the user-librarian interface.
