Abstract: One the most important things to reveal about each economic crisis that can occur is to understand the past and the present and then maybe to try to predict the future. Economic crisis are not new, sooner or later they have common economic phenomenon and common causes and results. What is it not common are not the solutions. If some crisis can be described as crisis of over production or even oil crisis, the current one sis more a consumption crisis. Is it possible to regulate the market? Is it worth? Will it be a solution? Maybe we can try but what we see is that all the countries that have tried a regulated national economy their increase was either small or none at all.
