BUILDING PATIENT LOYALTY USING ONLINE TOOLS

Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present the online tools used by private healthcare organizations in order to generate patient loyalty. The research emphases a comparative analyze between the Romanian and other European countries private healthcare organizations referring to online tools used by these organizations on their websites to generate patient loyalty.
