Abstract: Communication is the key factor necessary to improve the relation between doctors and patients. The communication is the method used to transmit or collect information using different types of channels. The communication process should provide useful information for doctors and patients. In order to establish a good communication system, both parts must fulfil some obligations. The present paper presents direct communication methods and indirect methods of communication.
