Abstract:
In Romania, according to current regulations, providing qualitative educational services is a responsibility that rests with each higher education institution. This paper sets out to examine several aspects regarding the complexity of QA in universities and proposes an integrated, functional 12 step personal approach to QA operating on several institutional dimensions.
