Abstract: The paper aims to link the two important aspects of tourism activity, of great interest to any professional in this field: the quality of accommodation services and the economic performance of accommodation. To assess the perceived quality of accommodation services I used the content analysis of the feedbacks present on the Booking.com website for 11 accommodation structures in Bihor County, and to highlight the economic performance, we used the same documents study lodging structures in order to know the performance indicators. At the end of the work I correlated the data on the quality of accommodation services with the economic performance of accommodation and I formulated conclusions and recommendations for the structures analyzed.
