Abstract:
The evolution of labour market along the last two decades determined also a series of mutations and transformations, one of them beeing that in many occasions, employees with high scientific training are forced to perform a work requiring the use of a very small percentage of knowledge or actual skills. The present paper aims to illustrate the perception of employees from two counties in the Western Region regarding the necessity for professional training and achievement of skills for the purpose of organizational development.
