Abstract:
This paper presents a case study for a company with food warehouse, for which it is very important to know the traceability of products and at the same time to use a process as efficient as possible. Because we talk about food, each product have a lot number and an expiration date which is very important to be recorded in the information systems. When products are delivered to customers it is needed to provide a declaration of conformity with quantity, lot number, expiration date for each products.
