Abstract: SAP ERP solution allows to gain new market insights and adapt quickly to market changes, understanding of user requirements and answer the same, and the inclusion of customers, suppliers and business partners in business processes. Increased productivity, better business insight and acquire the necessary adaptability to accelerate the execution ofbusiness strategy consists of SAP ERP solution best choice for gain in tight operational control of all activities along with planning and adapting to market and technological changes. SAP ERP solutions have been implemented in a number of Croatian companies, and is characterized by complex factors such as: a strategy of expansion into new markets, strong regional presence (eg. in the public sector and retail), and high vertical integration of Croatian industry. The purpose of this paper isa description of the procedureof SAP ERP solutions in some Croatian companies, the benefits that the company achieved by implementing these solutions and presents numerous examples of success ful implementation of SA PER Pin Croatia and points to the importance of this and similar solutions in the business of modern logistics management in order to global and domestic market.
