Abstract: This paper considers some significant elements of the business logistics in the production process. Particular attention is given to the effectiveness of the mentioned process. That is the reason why this paper specially considers supply and controlling of the manufacturing inputs, as well as their preparing and costs of the production. As an important element of the business logistics in this paper is determined the quality of the product and personnel in the manufacturing process as well as the utilization of the information technologies.
