Abstract:
Today, social entrepreneurship attracts growing attention in different sectors.. During the last two decades social entrepreneurship becomes focus of the researcher and theorist. Social entrepreneurs are seen as reformers that transform ways of performance in social and business sphere. The term of social entrepreneurship in different contests provides information about strategies of few highlighted organizations that encourage social progress In Croatia social entrepreneurship came in focus over the past years but it is still insufficiently explored. This paper explores differences between entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. This paper is concerned about social entrepreneurship as a new hybrid phenomenon that appears between public, private and sector of civil society. The purpose of this paper is to give an insight in social entrepreneurship in Croatia. Moreover, the goal of this paper is to determine the social frame that had impact on the social entrepreneurship and to identify the factors and processes that encourage and limit the development of social entrepreneurship.
