Abstract:
The importance of project management as a special organisational form for temporary endeavours and in particular for international collaborations increases steadily. Cooperation in international projects can be improved by the use of existing PM Standards. It is therefore important to be familiar with the national and international project management Standards in order to employ them optimally.
