Abstract: This paper analyzes in detail relevant mechanisms that influence the growth of Chinese transnational corporations (TNCs). These include foreign exchange administration, legal systems, systems of administrative scrutiny and approval, monetary support systems, tax systems, insurance systems, and related service support systems. After analyzing the current situation in China that influences the growth of TNCs , the paper examines existing problems and their aftereffects, and illustrates the roles of the various mechanisms. In addition, the paper examines the experiences of other countries in this field and presents suggestions for establishing and improving the macro mechanisms, and facilitating the growth of Chinese TNCs.
