Hydrogen and the 2050 UK energy consumer

Abstract: Hydrogen and fuel cells for low-carbon energy have been considered in a road map for the UK, based on the existing predictions from Europe and the USA. Several key areas need to be addressed including renewable sources of fuel, buildings as power generators, hydrogen as a major energy vector, interconnection of dispersed generators/sinks and plug-in vehicles.
