Abstract: The Treaty on trade marks, service marks and appellations of origin of the Eurasian Economic Union (entered into force on 26 April 2021)Instructions to the Treaty on trade marks, service marks and appellations of origin of the Eurasian Economic Union (entered into force on 17 June 2021)The Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) trade marks, service marks and appellations of origin, signed on 3 February 2020, came into force on 26 April 2021 upon its ratification by all the EAEU Member States (Russian Federation, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyz Republic). On 18 May 2021, the Counsel of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved instructions thereto, which came into effect on 17 June 2021.
