No reliance on the Paris Convention or TRIPS Agreement for well-known trade marks in Nigeria

Abstract: Further to these decisions, it is doubtful whether owners of well-known trade marks may rely on the provisions of the Paris Convention or the TRIPS Agreement in Nigeria.
