Abstract:
Using factor analysis of indicators of different types of technological input, we have identified distinct behaviours of transnational corporation subsidiaries in Brazil. We show that such diversity of technological strategies has been influenced by the size of firms, the industrial sector to which the firm belongs and the nationality of foreign capital.
