Naturalistic evaluation: Practical knowledge for policy development
Saville Kushner
Research Evaluation, 1993, vol. 3, issue 2, 83-94
Abstract:
Using the example of a policy evaluation sponsored by the ESRC of one of its Research Initiatives (Information Technology in Educational Research — INTER) the case is argued for naturalistic evaluation in preference to traditional approaches. The data thus generated can provide a basis for organisational learning and policy development. Copyright , Beech Tree Publishing.
