Abstract:
Richard Jolly argues that a new approach to development co-operation will require a much broader set of objectives and a broader range of indicators to monitor progress towards them. He suggests how the monitoring of development co-operation needs to cover results in relation to objectives and performance in relation to commitments, both for developing and developed countries.
