Abstract:
Peter McKee argues for the need for conflict transformation work with children and young people as a means of reducing the need to resort to violence. He argues that though we have made progress this century there is still much to do, beginning with youth programmes that will re-educate adolescents away from conflict and violence and towards dialogue, compromise and peace.
