Abstract:
Given the importance and roles of the World Bank, the IMF and the WTO, the questions of why and how they coordinate their work and in the pursuit of what ends are central to the debate on global governance. Franck Amalric analyses a 1998 Report of the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, President of the World Bank, and Director-General of the World Trade Organization on Coherence in order to understand how organizations are working together.
