Working from Vision: A key to success
José Carrillo
Development, 2004, vol. 47, issue 4, 78-81
Abstract:
Ten years ago, José Carrillo tried to develop a nationwide scenario planning exercise for Mexico. The first limited workshops with the sponsor where successful, but the results were never deployed after disagreement among board members of USEM. Carrillo argues in learning from this experience, it is much better to develop scenarios exercises only after a shared vision among the participants is reached and illustrates it with the very successful work with Alianza de Amor.
