Abstract: Owain James explains a strategic call for action from a wide range of organizations, networks and celebrities who are coming together next year to ensure world leaders to live up to their commitments on fighting poverty. Following a meeting at Johannesburg in September, the Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP) was launched.
