Aid without Dependence: An alternative conceptual model for development cooperation
Yash Tandon
Development, 2009, vol. 52, issue 3, 356-362
Abstract:
Yash Tandon argues that the only legitimate form of aid is that which is based on the principle of solidarity. He proposes that the entire aid industry, and its present architecture, needs to be thoroughly revamped in order to create a more honest relationship between the donors and the recipients.
