Abstract:
Alejandra Scampini works for the Association for Women's Rights AWID based in Uruguay. Before joining AWID she worked for ActionAid as the Women's Rights coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean. Alejandra also worked with REPEM for more than ten years where she gained vast experience in women's rights, education and development advocacy.
