Abstract:
Abstract As it is well-known, not every government has embraced the Paris Agreement with the same enthusiasm; some have not even signed it and others are threatening to get out of it. However not all countries have the same weight, or responsibility, in the fight against climate change. What follows is an outline of who is who from a bird´s eye view.
