Abstract: Abstract The Paris Agreement on Climate Change represents a historical step forward to curb global climate change. However, the Paris Agreement is a necessary but insufficient instrument to advance Climate Justice. In this article we discuss why, and how, the 2030 Agenda—and the Sustainable Development Goals—is the indispensable and complementary framework to deliver on Climate Justice, together with the Paris Agreement.
