Abstract:
A la fin du siècle dernier, le Mexique a cherché à améliorer les conditions économiques des petits paysans, qui vivent dans des municipalités essentiellement indigènes où le taux de pauvreté rurale reste particulièrement élevé. Bien que des espoirs soient nés lorsque le pays a entrepris des reformes structurelles et a intégré l′ALENA, les inégalités restent très répandues. Ce papier examine l′impact de ces réformes sur les populations indigènes.
