Abstract:
The notion of logistics customer service goes beyond the questions related to delivery performance and includes many other elements before, during and after the transaction. Hence to understand unique managerial issues associated with different types of services or to identify commonalities among different firms, close attention should be paid to the underlying features of services and their delivery systems.
