Abstract:
Enterprises that apply international expansion at a certain stage of its development are forced to accept a strategy whose aim is the coordination of activities at a worldwide level. This is enabled by globalization. Its realization requires the conscious use of defined instruments. This paper attempts to identify and analyze the influence of these instruments on the general shape of the global strategy.
