Abstract: The article discusses the problem of the regulation of goods and information flow in an enterprise participating as an element of the supply chain. The article underlines the significance of the system approach in the analysis of these flows both on the scale of an enterprise and from the point of view of the entire chain as well as the advantages for all of its participants.
