Abstract: In every area of business activity taking place conflicts that have already identified can be addressed by the logistics. Conflicts take place in the supplier-customer relationships, because their interests are in conflict and conflict-related activity of logistics enterprises. In this article its presented a solution whose implementation will result in a significant decrease in the incidence of conflicts in these two areas.
