Abstract: Article takes up the issues of education, especially at a tertiary level - of up-skilling of workers in Poland. The other countries in the European Union and countries associated with it as a point of reference was adopted. The aim of this study is to assess the accuracy of the changes in Poland in relation to educational policy, which translates directly to the attractiveness of the Polish labor market. The study was based on information from Eurostat and national publications. Spatial – historical analyses were used as a basic research and forecasting tool.
